All furniture is made-to-order with lead times varying from 6-12 weeks depending on the collection and customization options selected. Rush production may be available for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control. White glove delivery service includes assembly and placement in one room of your choice; additional services are available at extra cost.
Our products come with a 5-year structural warranty and 2-year fabric warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and improper maintenance are not covered. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Velvetro reserves the right to repair or replace defective items at our discretion.
Custom orders are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects. Standard collection items may be returned within 30 days in original condition for a refund minus shipping and restocking fees. Personalized or modified items cannot be returned. All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service team.
Prices are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, occasionally an item may be unavailable after your order is placed. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund. For international orders, customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
